Due to our on-demand production and limited edition drops, all pre-order sales are considered final and will not be eligible for returns/exchange. You can cancel your order within 7 days 

In case of a serious malfunction upon delivery, you will be entitled to a refund.

Except for pre-orders, we fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, just email our Customer Service Team at hi@sirocco1.xyzto cancel your order and we will use all reasonable endeavors to cancel it providing your order has not yet been processed. If your order has already been processed, such cancelation will be treated as a return.
