Over 40% of all the shoes produced end up in a landfill. We want to work in a different way and try to avoid over-production as much as we can. We work with limited edition, season-less, drops and made to order pre-orders when possible.
When will I receive my order?
Global delivery will take place in May 2024. Depending on the courier and your location, you will receive your order slightly earlier or later. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is on its way. Need help? Don't hesitate to get in touch with us!
Can I return my order?
Due to our on-demand production and limited edition drops, all pre-order sales are considered final and will not be eligible for returns/exchange.

Do I get a free SOL3MATES OG NFT with each order?
Everyone who orders the SIROCCO sneakers at full price will receive 1 OG NFT per registered email address. You will receive an email with instructions after the pre-order window closes (10th of March).
In case you ordered the sneakers including a tokengated discount (via an OG NFT or partner NFT), you are not eligible to receive a complimentary OG NFT.

How do I pick the right size?
Our sneakers are true to size. Although the silhouette may seem big, you can consider your normal sneaker size for SIROCCO. If you prefer half-size, chose 1 size bigger. Ex, EU 41.5 = SIROCCO EU 42.
